Obra is a managed-service AI virtual employee for operational businesses. She logs into the systems your team uses. She runs the work a human operator would run. She reports back when it's done.

What Obra does

A reservation, attended to.

A small vacation rental host in Portugal. She doesn't speak English. Portuguese law requires her to collect every guest's passport and report it to the police within 24 hours of arrival. Today she manages this with translated emails that read as cold, missed deadlines that risk fines, and a hundred and fifty euros a month to an accountant just to handle her invoices.

When a booking arrives, Obra picks up the work.

Composes the welcome email in the guest's native language, in the host's voice. Warm. Hospitable. Clear about what Portuguese law requires.

Reads the passport scan the guest sends back. Extracts the identity data. Submits the report to the police portal on time.

How Obra is built

Obra runs on Claude, locally on your hardware. Every action passes through three independent gates: structured reasoning, adversarial review, and human confirmation. Each gate lands in a cryptographic audit chain you control entirely. Your data never crosses to us. The chain can be witnessed by independent third parties so any auditor, regulator, or future you can verify what happened, when, and why.
