Your team,
plus one.

The work, attended to.

Obra is a managed-service AI virtual employee for operational businesses. She logs into the systems your team uses. She runs the work a human operator would run. She reports back when it's done.

A reservation, attended to.

A small vacation rental host in Portugal. She doesn't speak English. Portuguese law requires her to collect every guest's passport and report it to the police within 24 hours of arrival. Today she manages this with translated emails that read as cold, missed deadlines that risk fines, and a hundred and fifty euros a month to an accountant just to handle her invoices.

When a booking arrives, Obra picks up the work.

01
Pre-arrival
Composes the welcome email in the guest's native language, in the host's voice. Warm. Hospitable. Clear about what Portuguese law requires.
02
Passport collection
Reads the passport scan the guest sends back. Extracts the identity data. Submits the report to the police portal on time.
03
During the stay
Answers questions in the guest's language. The wifi password. The best restaurant nearby. Where to drop the keys. Escalates only when judgment is actually needed.
04
After check-out
Schedules the cleaning crew. Sends the thank-you in the right language on the right day. Drafts the review request that drives the five-star rating.
05
Month end
Generates the invoice. Hands a clean record to the accountant for sign-off. The books close. No scramble.
06
The receipt
Every step lands in a cryptographic audit trail the host controls entirely. Who did what, when, and why. Ready for the tax authority, the data regulator, or her own peace of mind.
The host sleeps through the night before a check-in. The guest never knows their welcome came from anyone but her.

Operational businesses where data cannot leave the premises.

Obra serves businesses where AI deployment has been blocked not by capability but by trust. The data is too sensitive to send to a hosted service. The regulator will ask for a cryptographic audit trail. The workflow is the work.

Trust, by construction.

Obra runs on Claude, locally on your hardware. Every action passes through three independent gates: structured reasoning, adversarial review, and human confirmation. Each gate lands in a cryptographic audit chain you control entirely. Your data never crosses to us. The chain can be witnessed by independent third parties so any auditor, regulator, or future you can verify what happened, when, and why.

Local-first
Your data stays on your premises. Obra acts on your behalf. We never see what she sees. Provable from the schema, not from a policy document.
Audit you control
Every action signed, replayable, and witnessed. Export on demand for the tax authority, the data regulator, or your own records.
No horror story
Three independent gates on every gated action. The AI proposes. A red team challenges. A human confirms. No hallucination will ever bankrupt your business.

If your business sounds like one of these.

We are inviting a small group of operators to pilot Obra ahead of the public launch. If you run a business in any of the sectors above, or in one we haven't named where local-first deployment and customer-controlled audit are contract terms, we want to hear from you.

Get involved

Tell us what you're trying to automate.

Send a note with your sector and the workflow that costs you the most time today. If Obra fits, you'll be among the first operators we deploy with. If it doesn't, we'll tell you honestly.

Built deliberately, in the open.

Obra is in active development. The platform foundation is complete: connector framework, durable workflow runtime, cryptographic audit chain, redacted-by-construction telemetry, three-gate trust pillar. The first pilot launches with a small group of vacation rental hosts in summer 2026.

Claude is the power.
We are the plug.

Anthropic builds the most capable, careful AI in the world. Obra is the deployment layer that lets it reach operational businesses in regulated sectors. The places where data cannot leave the building, every action needs a receipt, and one wrong move costs more than the automation saves.

No hallucination will ever bankrupt your business. No AI will delete your data on our watch. That is the work, and we attend to it.
